No, the c6 mount is a few inches forward.

Do you need any c6 parts?
Im pulling my c6 this weekend, ill have the whole trans, r code servo, drive shaft, and valve body with a transgo shift kit forsale.

I need to make sure it is a c6 first.It has 20 pan bolts,so not sure what that would make it a C6 or E40d.Also does that R code mean Lightning specific,and if so what would be the difference between Lightnings and non L's

yes it looks like the E40D.The pan also has the word Metric on it

Sorry, never mind... this is for a 4.9L, not a 5.8L

Hard-to-find power steering return hose with cooler loops (part of towing package):
