But according to the address it must be right in between the Fairfield and the Hampton. The map does show an open area there.

Fairfield is 1501 Riverboat Center , Marriott is 1515, and Hampton is 1521.

Looks real nice, only $10 more at $119.
Hampton is most expensive at $129

ive had it for the past 3 months that we started talking about this.... hehe
Im undecided if im staying at the track or the hotel. cause at the track ur locked in... so i know there might be a party there.

but no matter where ill def be at the party.

Attention!!!

ATTENTION!!! The EMPRESS HOTEL AND CASINO is CLOSED!!!! On Friday, the casino caught fire and is closed until further notice! I have talked with a person in charge and she has informed me that they haven't started informing people yet because even the computers are frozed from the fire. They have no way to get the information to contact any of the people who have made reservations. Also, at this time, they were NOT offering any help in finding rooms for those who have already made reservations so her suggestion was to make reservations at another hotel and hope that the Empress reopens in time for the event.

Just a heads up.

yeppers its closed, called the hotel phone #.... Just chatted with a guy from there, it is closed, but were planning on being open by the time the race is going on........ The guy I chatted with(very helpful and friendly...didnt get his name) took my info, confermation # and said he would foward it to debbie, and she would get with me.....
 
That's good to here. I had no doubts that this would be an issue the casinos make a killing so $$$$ is not an issue for repairs just time.
 
Casino is set to re-open in June, so I would think the hotel would too.
