That group code# doesnt work at the reservation desk... and they're booked full sat/sun.

I left a msg for the group rate representative.
 
just booked for thurs-sun they have the rooms blocked out you have to tell them what its for. they do still have rooms right now.

Yea i told them it was for the NMRA NMCA event 16th -19th .Even mentioned the reserved block.She said they only had a room on the 16th. I hope she knows what she's talking about she said it was under Rt66 code:headscratch:

New Code# for hotel reservations #85701 Tell then you want the NMRA/NMCA Block reserved By Sharon Shaw or Marketing Director at Promedia. It was probably shift change at the front desk so we have to train each clerk on every shift. Sorry for all the confusion you think these hotels would have these group things to a science by now especially with all the Blue hair groups that go to casinos. They could be close to selling out since we have over 600 racers at this event.

I just called right now. Talked to Joyce and she said they are FULL!!!!! Ugh, I waited a hair bit too long......
