Which oil is best?

I have always used Mobil 1 Syn. in all my cars. When I bought the lightning, several people told me the motorcraft as suggested by Ford Motor Company is the best thing for it. I see where some are using M-1 instead......and what about the 5K oil change, I have been doing 3K anyway but curious..

I use Redline, but at $8 a quart it gets expensive. But I only drive about 5K a year, so it only gets changed twice, so it is not the bad.

Mobil 1 @ 3000 like you said and you can't go wrong.

I use Mobil 1 Synthetic in the Black, White, and the Red trucks and I chage them every 3 months or 3K miles!!

10/30 in the gen 1's
5-30 in the gen 2

I use mobil 1 in the 99 and motorcraft blend in the 00. mobile 1 is hard to find in 5-20 if they make it.

I have mine on mobil 1 syn. 5w 30 it is on a 5000 mile interval seems to be to fine. Thinking about changing over to mobil syn on transmission also. Anybody heard anything negative about this?
