what's with the changes?

hello to all, i was just wondering why this website took an unforeseen change & am also wondering, why as a member of the previous website, had to wait til a member that was on my budy list had to appear for me to inquire as to why the website was not up & running? am i just a pee-on on this site? this is very disappointing to me as i thought i was an active member in this site before all of whatever happened did?

The website took an unforeseen failure, when the providers pulled the plug on it for bandwidth overusage. Jeff was not allowed to put up a web page explaining the problem, and so the board had an error message for quite a few days. In the time, new software was installed. This took everyone by surprise, but if you had a valid email address on the old board, you should have gotten the mass-mailing that announced when the new board went up.

All members of the old BBS were mass-emailed (to their listed email address, if provided) with the new,temporary, web site address....NLOC.net. We had to switch to a new server provider, when the plug was pulled on Jeff. We also upgraded our BBS system to vBulletin, while we were setting up on the new server...enjoy

Where Y'at Big D, I never got an Emale either. I just checked my emale address & its right. There may be alot of other guys out there that don't know about the change. I emaled the guys I know about the change. I found out about the .net from SVT.com You might want to ask who didn't get the emale a good address listed & ask the members to emale their friend that aren't posting.
Yall did a great job on the new site.
