What is the factory setting for A/F ratio?

I am in stock trim, had a wide band a/f reading today because my EGT readings have always been surprisingly high at WOT, and got:
Cruise, a/f = 14.5
WOT, a/f = 12.90 to 13.15

The WOT a/f ratios are too high. I am in stock trim too. Went to the dealer last week with my concerns before I had the a/f ratios measured, and he found no problems. With the a/f ratios in hand now, I went back to the dealer again today? What is a stock L a/f ratio? What the heck can be wrong. My JDM filter and 4# lower won't go on until I get this solved.

Any opinions?
Thanks all.

A/F

If you are installing a filter and a 4# pulley then I hope you are purchasing a chip to compensate for A/F anyway. The chips, JDM or JL programs, has the right settings for A/F depending on your setup. They custom preogram chip for different size pulleys and MAFS. I would install your mods and Chip, then test it. Then ask JL or JDM what they should be according to your setup and your results!!! Just my .02!!!

I wouldn't install any mods until i found the problem!
The 2 L.'s ive owned A/F ratio's were way rich stock, around 10 or so a/f.
I would have the dealer check out the fuel pumps! (first thing)

Thanks guys,

Woodie_27,
Yes, I definitely plan to use a chip with that combination to deliver the proper tune to the system. My chip is from Mike Troyer of superchips, who is a distributor of JDM products.

A-Lightning,
I tend to feel the way that you do. I am hesitent to do anything until the problem has been solved. The first time to the shop, they replaced the MAF, but that didn't do anything, and they pronounced the fuel pumps and everything else OK after a few diagnostic tests. It is is the shop again now (a different one - Tommie Vaughn), and I will speak to the tech directly this time on Monday. This has got to be some kind of fuel delivery problem - right?? Unless the PCM look-up tables are wrong, or a bad PCM? But that seems unlikely. Funny thing is that the fuel pressure is OK (I have a fuel guage), about 50 psi at peak WOT, whick is OK. I am thinking that the fuel volume may be the problem, fuel pressure and fuel flow are two different things. A very frustrating problem.
