Ultimate street night @ Ennis Friday

Hey guys,
Anyone interested in going to Ennis Friday. They will be having the Ultimate street night from 7pm til 2am. Last year I had a blast running over all those nice high dollar street cars!! This is for street cars only,heads-up racing and don't get caught sleeping at the light.(Mr. Red GEN2 from Red Oak)

How do they run the races? I have never been to Ennis or any races. How much is it? I just found ya's website last week. I appreciate it if anyone can answer my questions. I am pretty new to this stuff.

Weather

I'm planning on going, but keeping a close eye on the weather as well. I was going to get a few baseline runs in before any mods.

Ennis Street Night is probably not the best venue to cut your teeth on. My suggestion would be to go with someone that knows the ropes and observe. I think we should probably have an event at Kennedale, Royce City or Denton (all 1/8 mile tracks) so we can all visit and help some of the newer guys out a bit. Before I bought my "L" I had never been to a drag strip. It can be a pretty nerve racking experience the first time out.
