The Ford Collection

I recieved a magazine from the ford collection and it has alot of cool stuff in it. They even have Lightning stuff, i.e. hats, shirts, chairs, seat covers, covers, front end masks, with svt logos. If you haven't recieved oyur magazine, you can check it out at www.fordcollection.com .

Yeah, nice stuff but they either don't have it in stock or they can't get it



My wife has tried them a couple of times and has ended up on back order for months. She went through the whole Lightning page before Christmas and they didn't have one thing in stock.
Plus, some of the stuff is real crap, can't believe Ford lets them put their name on some of that stuff.

Just my experiance.

Hmmm...now I'm getting worried. I ordered a front end mask from them the first week of January and they told me it was not in stock and warned me that it was back-ordered and it could be "several weeks" before I receive it.

Honestly, If you can find it somewhere else for the same price I would cancel with the ford collection and go elsewhere. This topic has come up before and not many people had good dealings with them. My wife ordered in mid-Oct, canceled in early-Jan., and got a email yesterday that her order( that is canceled) still hasn't come in yet.

Called the Ford Collection about my front-end mask. They said they are in-stock now and they started shipping them out last week and that I should receive it either this week or next week. I guess that is progress.

I also see alot of stuff that they don't offer in Lightning. You sure can get everything under the sun for your harley truck though.

I ordered the truck cover October 4th and got it December 28th

Needless to say I was PI$$ED. I called evryday and they said it is "being processed"

I won't order from them again even though the cover is sweet.

I got my front end cover toot sweet, but I had a real bad experience with a shirt just last month. Suffice to say I will never order from those morons again, and told them just that!

Yeah I agree I had bad experiences with them. I ordered a couple of posters from Ford Collection and they sent a Lightning poster to me that was all crumpled up. And to top it off I had to send the poster back and pay the shipping charges!

I ordered a hat. Didn't match picture. Ordered seat covers in October. Got them last week. Two posters.....both crumpled. Needless to say, I agree. Bad experiences. Later

Count me in

I was nieve and ordered my cover from them in oct. They said 4 weeks. Well 6 weeks later I call and get put on hold for 20 minutes.(Thats 20 actual minutes!!!). Finally the girl gets on the phone and I say I would like to find out the statis of my order and she says that this number is for ordering only and I had to call another number in the morning!!!!
Bottom line- Got my cover in 8 weeks and it is a sweet cover.

I have ordered several times from them, BUT its like the man said,
its not in stock,6 or 7 weeks later i was asking them when will this get here?
