I wanted everyone to know about the service I recieved from Jim and the crew at JDM. Ive been looking for a set of Gen1 Ranchos for a month with poor results. In short,I dont like getting the run around from people.
I contacted Jim, first on here, then by phone, and he explained the mods that are done to the brackets etc. He felt confident that these bars will hook my (slow) truck with no problem.
Sooooo, I asked when I could get a set, he went and looked himself that he had a set in stock. I ordered on Monday and recieved them on Thursday. THATS customer service. Knowing what you have and being able to DELIVER. I can now go to the FFW opener right here in my backyard and lay down some serious numbers with no worry about traction.
