Well, Found out what everyone else is saying is true. They are very ignorant to you. The guy was talking to other people while I was asking him a question.

I wanted to know what the difference was between my BD-12 and a BD-11. Well, after asking him twice he told me that the BD-12 was just a design that they tried. There was only about 20 of them ever made.

The only thing different is that they put the upper pulley in a block that is attached to a set screw that goes throw the top of the housing so that they could adjust the belt tension.

Then I asked him about bearing and he told me that they put the best bearing they can get. He told me that the bearings are the specially made for them For a $120.00 each. "I just said Ok, I guess that will be all, Bye"

So never do I need to call them again.

Oh man I let a rare blower go to CHEAP hehe.They also told me when I called about your blower that it has a different impeller and will support 100 more HP that the BD11s.Maybe try to email them or talk to someone else.
