I just ordered sway bars that fit a "97-01 2WD F-150" (assuming that they fit a Lightning since Hotchkis sway bar sets are the same way). They are made by the same company that makes Bell Tech sway bars. 
The bars are solid, 35mm front, 25mm rear and include urethane bushings.
Anyway, I ordered them from a friend who works at his mom and dad's mail-order parts shop. He has access to 12 other sets -- not sure if it's appropriate to post pricing and availability here so e-mail or pm me for info (or I can post here if an admin or mod says it's OK). They are much cheaper than the Hotchkis kit.
