Supercharger Intercooler Hoses, Evaporative Emissions Line Hoses and Hose Spring clamps.

Would like to replace all the coolant hoses / lines associated with the intercooler - four total. (see pictures) My Ford Shop Manual set, doesn't seem to have a diagram with names called out as they do with many other systems. On the Evaporative Emissions system, it's easy to find a replacement line with the Green elbow running from Service Port on the firewall to the vacuum inlet tube on the intake snorkel. However, I can't seem to find a replacement for the one with the White elbow that runs from the Service Port back to the Fuel Tank area. Does anyone know of a source for acquiring premade replacements for these? Also, replacement Hose Spring Clamps to match the originals? I bought a kit for the smaller sizes, but not sure they're as robust as the originals.
I very much appreciate any information you have to offer!
Regards
J.C.

Yeah, there is a guy there, SVT Tim, that makes custom stuff like that. I have his number, should you want it. He makes some first class stuff. I have some of it on my 2004.

I'd prefer to use worm gear hose clamps over buying new spring loaded ones. Better clamping force IMO and easier to install/remove in future if need be.
