Stumble off idle, not a lightning

Does it ever end $$$$
This is my 2000 f350 v10 truck. I just put the motor back in, had oil leaks. Everything was fine before. Now it stumbles off idle until about 1400rpm. It seems to idle fine and runs like nothing is wrong, no codes. I have gone over everything to make sure I didn't miss something when putting it back together. Checked and cleaned IAC, pvc, new fuel filter. Plugs are the same ones prior to pulling motor. I am at a loss on where to go next. Any ideas on what to check would help greatly.

You really need a scanner to read data and see what's happening. I would look for vacuum leaks, a contaminated MAF or unmetered air, and an EGR valve opening slightly at light throttle. Those were all common problems on Fords of the time.

Maybe a bad coil, had that same miss on a motorhome with the v-10. When you jumped on it, it would smooth out.
