Strange weather

Has anyone else been expirencing strange weather? For me up here in North Dakota last week was all good. Our normal hi temp is -10's to -20's degrees, but last week we averagedd 35-40 *F. Also it normally snows, but on Sunday it rained. But that all changed when the temp started to go down & it started to snow on Monday.

What happens when it snows on top of wet roads?

Very slippery, no traction, no stopping, and a L that drives @ a 45* angle to the flow of traffic

Here in Oklahoma we have strange weather every day. Snow one week and in the 30's, sunny and in the 70's the next week. Also we are known for the "If you dont like the weather wait untill tommorrow". By the way we have allready recieved 2 snow falls of course they were in 2001. Some years we only recieve the ice storms.
