Im new, have been following this great site for sometime, i have a 93 was wondering if anybody knows where i can locate a stock steering wheel, mine has a flattened area on it, again great site good people scott:

Just look for one at salvages. If you live a part of the country were the summer sun can get to it a good one may be hard to find, they literally melt in the hot sun. They are the same at any 93 Ford Trucks with the XLT interior package . they are not lightning specific.

Actually, the steering wheel for the '93 Lightnings are specific. The wheel is 2/3 perforated leather and 1/3 regular leather. They are also out of production. Although, I looked on ford parts . com and they had one listed for about $300. Hope this helps.

Ford P/N FMC F5TZ3600D. List's for 423.10 I paid 370.21 with tax. I got mine on 12/12/01.
