OK, planning for my rebuild, I've come to a major decision. With this many miles (and probably be at 200,000 by time I have the rebuild done), I'm looking at having everything replaced, bottom end and all. With all the labor for taking everything apart, and putting it together, turning the crank, new cam grind, new assembly, I'm looking at at least $3000-3500.
So, I started the hunt for maybe a lower-mile engine to just swap in. But, now I'm finding many shops that sell complete longblocks, for the same price as a complete rebuild, and have all the parts that I want. I won't be doing any of the labor myself, everything will be paid for, so this seems the most cost-effective, as far as most performance, and least downtime. For example, Drugar posted this one:

365HP (probably a little less if I make sure it's smog legal), for $2799 (with my block return). Then, hopefully with all the labor added into it for the swap, I'll break less than $3500.
My question, do you guys know of other good, reliable sources for a complete longblock, that won't break my budget, and produce more performance gains?
