It's not done yet but it will be tomorrow :D He has to bend a new cross bar the 1 that's in there now won't let the seat go back far enough. and he's making a another setup that will include the back window, bent pass door bar and swing out driver bar for anyone that might be interested in a kit but hasn't came up with a price yet :(

Hey, Jerry you decided what you're going to do about a harness mount yet? I'm torn between modifying the stock seats and getting a race chair.

I'm worried about the main loop being on my head. I'm 6'4" tall and my head is only a few inches off the roof without a helmet. Looks like it would be in the same area that the back of my head occupies. Other than that, I'd be happy sporting one of those. I like how the window is being done. My only other question is how does the cage mount to the frame? That and does the passenger bar come close to interfering with the door handle? Theres a tube guy by me, I kinda like to talk to him see what he might be able to do.

Looks good, but is it legal? I thought cages with swing out down bars by the doors weren't legal. Also I thought that bar had to be shoulder height. In other words, that it had to meet your shoulder where it connects to the main loop.

Yes it's legal

Swing out bars are permitted and the driver's door bar must pass between your shoulder and elbow

Lookin good!! I'm Anxious to see what kind of et you'll run with your new set-up!

One question for you or anyone else that might know,....................

Why is it that Jason Brown's truck doesn't have any bars coming out the back glass,.....like yours?!

looks sweet! But I have 3 petty questions:

1. how will you seal the lexan around the bars, to prevent water from getting (if it rains, or you wash it, etc)

2. What, if anything are you going to do for a tonneau cover?

3. Would a swing out passanger bar be legal?

May have something to do witht the fact that Jason Brown's truck is a full tube chassis truck. He ditched the stock frame long ago.

1. Silicone sealer

2. No cover

3 Pass side bar isn't required so what ever you did would be ok
