I think it's Auto Week (tv show) or one of those shows on speedvision is going to do a story on it next week. They showed a short clip of it driving and let me tell you it was even uglier than that picture. Seems SLP going to really be hurting now that the F-Bodies are gone.

95Lightning2, good call! I didn't think about that, the f-bodies being axed. That is exactly what they are doing. Wonder if they'll go the Mustang route, or the import route? I saw that piece on AutoWeek, or MotorWeek a couple weeks ago, it does look worse than in that picture. Especially the wheels, they really need to put (at the very least) some 17s on it!

Your right, it was motorweek. SLP ,I believe, still does some odd ball stuff for GM. With a slow down in the economy and the amount of support with Ford and the aftermarket the mustang already has I think SLP going to sink. Guess the mustang has won the pony wars in more than one way.

The wheels were kept stock. Their reasoning for this is that they expect everyone that buys one to get a new sets of wheels anyhow. So, it looks like they're edging towards the ricer crowd, everyone who's first mods to a car are new wheels.

It's a damn damn shame.
