SES Light = P0171 System Too Lean (Bank 1)?

SES came back on after two weeks of getting my 3rd burn on the JDM chip in. Bought an AutoTap a few weeks ago, so it's listing this "P0171 System Too Lean (Bank 1)" on the Diagnostic Trouble Codes, and in the Pending Diagnostic Trouble Codes section it's Listing "P0174 System Too LEan (Bank 2)"

Is this the result of an oil breather?
Or I was told by bypassing the tube that comes off driver side cam cover and feeds to the intake tube, that may throw a code? (I bypassed it cause of the oil it mists back into the t-body)

For the past week, I have had the exact same problem. I finally put the original oil cap back on my truck. I am thinking the Texas gas may have changed.
