Seat belt light flashes all the time.

It's the air bag light.

It's not the seat belt light, but the air bag light that flashes all the time. So where do I start on this problem???????

Well, as you realized the light is a little air bag. What you need to do now is count the number of times it blinks. Most likely it is your clock spring. If it is you will see code 32 flashed by the light. 3 blinks then a pause then 2 more blinks. This making code 32. If it is something else just count the blinks and you will find out what code it is.
