Hey everyone! Had a great time at SDR! After watching you all I wish I would have raced my truck. I did put my truck on the scales and was amazed it weighs 4550 no driver and 1/4 tank of gas. I do have a hitch, spare, and Bedliner. Any one else got weight on their trucks? I think this is high. Sorry to leave early my buddy that was with me had a 3 1/2 hr. drive home after we got back to Phenix City. Didn't say buy to most of ya for some reason a bunch of Lightnings were in the staging lanes! Serously we had a great time and are looking foward to the next event.

My truck weighed in at 4700# with me in it. I think I weigh somewhere around 180:eek:.
Ken
But, it did spank a 5.0 Mustang:D. Just ask me and I'll tell you all about it!:p

Ain't it fun to take a 4700 pound truck and win! I have raced mine once it ran a 9.99 1/8 mile not to bad for a stock truck. Which truck was yours? Still trying to put faces, names and trucks together. :D

Mike:

It was good to meet you when you first got there--that is an 'interesting' paint job:) .

You Auburn guys just whupped up on the Georgie bulldogs in 'round ball'--probably knocked them out of the Eastern div.

Mine was the silver 01 with the M/T ET streets--and the Confederate battle flag in the driver's rear window.

I was back there yesterday--only three gen 2s--mine, masterloggie(Ron--red-2000) and a white 01--d/k him(?) Not as crowded this time--maybe 75-100 vehicles instead of the 209 vehicles on the 26th.

Come on back--remember, it changes to Friday nites in March. Give me a call(1-800-926-2136) if you want to know the schedule.

Dan

Hey Dan,
I'm no Auburn guy. The truck was run into by a 73 year old lady. In a Kroger's parking lot. It was a Wednesday evening.....(Seniors day). Any how the truck was totaled, by the insurance company. I bought it back and put my racing budget plus the insurance settlement into the rebuild of the truck. The cab, passenger door and front fender were demolished. I like the new Laser Red (Cobra) color a little better than the origional Red color, so I had it painted that color.
Hope to see you at D & B next weekend.
Ken
