ok with od off.

THANKS FOR ANY HELP BTW STOCK TIRE HEIGTH.DAVID:confused:

RPM's at 70 should be about 2500. 65 should be around 2300. I'm not usually running that slow but I think that's about what I remember them as. :D

let me throw this in here

At what RPM does a stock truck stop producing power and torque??

Alex

Alex, after about 4800-5000 RPM our trucks start suckin wind... My shift points at 4750 in the tuner(hopefully I can get it installed and try it)...Much above that and you're losin time... Peak HP I believe is around 4200

And the peak torque is 3400.......It could be your torque converter not locking up. It seems like everyone has had that problem at one point, especially the 93 owners

Just let the computer shift the truck. I think I've heard of people going slower if they shift themselves. Plus you'd have to shift earlier than the RPM you wanted it to shift because of the delay there is, and the time it takes the truck to shift. The stock shift point in the EEC is 4650 I believe, and the shifts will be completed alittle after 5000RPM.. This is on the stock tach, so actual RPM is probably lower since factory ford tachs suck big ones..
