Rear Suspension drop

After drilling pilot holes in the rivet heads they were sectioned in 4 pieces with a cut-off tool.

After this was done the heads were chisled off and the rivets were punched out using an air hammer. All in all a pain in the a$$.

Here's the new Western Chassis adjustable hanger. The lower holes provide a 2" drop and the top holes are a 3" drop.

Next up is the frame C-Section. Weeee !!!!

Rob.......looks like you went back to your factory leafs......am I right. If so why?

Nope, still got the Hotchkis leafs just took the sticker off so I can give the springs a new coat of paint. I sold the stock leaf springs for some beer money :(
 
The suspension work is just about done. I was finally able to put the truck on the ground yesterday to see what I had done. It looks like this...

The only things left are the C-notch and I have to put the brake lines under the leaf springs. It should be done this weekend.
