i have the borla forward exit exhaust, will the rancho bars still
mount on the truck or is the exhaust gonna be in the way?

You be the judge.

Don't worry about the muffler touching the bars, it won't. You need to be looking at the distance between the top of the bars and the bottom of the outlet pipes. I run the Bassani Nastruck exhaust now and fits perfect. BTW those were my first attempt at a custom exhaust, Aerochambers. Those mufflers flow no doubt about it, but along with that , there was a cab resonance that I couldnt live with right now. In my younger years it would of been perfect. Funny thing now though, my Bassani system is getting louder and only been on a couple of months.

What is that, about 6.5"? How much do the bars move with suspension compression? Also could you do me a big favor on your truck... Measure the distance between the frame rail and the bar, about half between the cab and the wheelwell? That's where my 3.5" exhaust comes out...

Thanks

...and while youre at it, measure the distance between your header collector and the left rear tail light, im too lazy to do it myself :Y (sorry curt, couldnt resist)

If your exhaust comes out the side and hugs the bottom of the truck you won't have a problem. The ranchos even fit with bassani side exit on a 4" lowered truck.

Turbo, it is about 6.25" at that point. If your pipe hugs the bottom of the frame, no problemo. Really the Rancho bar only moves about an inch with suspension travel at that point.

Very Funny Mudd!
Now I have to go change my shirt, what I won't do for a Lightning buddy.

I also have a borla exhaust exiting in front of the rear wheel, and have the rancho traction bars and my truck is lowered 2", there is no clearnce problems. Hope this helps.
