Well on the way back from dinner last night I ran into a new S2000 at Trinity Mills and Kelly. I was not quite sure if he wanted to race or not because there was a car between us at the light. His windows were tinted so I couldnt tell if he was in the game or not. I just figure I would give it a decent launch at about half throttle to see if he was racing or not. Well light turns green and I give it a little bit of go. At first I was not sure if he was racing me or just driving a little quick. When I looked back at the rest of the pack I guess we had to be racing. I still wasnt sure though. I just dropped the hammer on the guy and put about 10-12 car lengths between us. After I slowed down he eventually putted on by and never acknowledged me. I got side by side with him behind traffic at the next light and he wouldnt look over. Pretty boring story but I am pretty bored.
Here is another lame story. On the way home from work yesterday I got next to a 911 Speedster at a light. It looked like an early 90s model. It had pretty fat rear tires so I didnt know what I was up against. Well I was in the left lane and he was in the middle. Same as above I was not sure if we had a race on our hands or what. Well when the light turned green he guns it and so do I. Well right at that instant a car runs a right on red and cuts right in frot of me. The Porsche speeds away and I am stuck behind the Strawberry 4 door Grand Prix with grandma in the cockpit. Oh well... Hope you guys are having more fun on the streets than I am these days
