Ordered a 9" for my truck from Quick Performance. However when I received it and looked it over, it became apparent the spring perches were welded on wrong. So I got on the phone with the manager and they promptly sent me a return label. Manager told me to go ahead and weld on the other brackets that I needed to weld on and they would straighten the housing back out when they install the perches. I thought that was good of them to make sure my housing comes back straight. Today they called me and said they got my housing back and they are starting work on it immediately. I was already happy with their customer service thus far but to top it off they offered to powder coat it at no cost to me! They could have tried to get out of fixing it all together like a lot of places do nowadays but they went above and beyond. Looking forward to get it back so I can get it installed in the truck for good.

It's great to hear a good customer service story for once. I can't remember the last time I had an issue with a product or service and it wasn't huge drama to get it fixed.

Yep that is what I was expecting but they have been good to deal with during entire process.
