ok I am debating taking everything on my mustang and putting it on my 93 L because everyone has a mustang and just a lucky few of us have L's. The car made 520 hp and 520 lbs of torque at the rear, it is a stroked 302 with tfs r's and a vortech with only 9 pds of boost. since then I have moved from 42 lbs injectors to 72 and did a few other things but haven't got it back to gether to get it dynoed. Anyway my questions concern the blower, the trans, the engine, the exhaust and computer management.
I have a vortech and I know I will need different brackets and inlet/outlet tubes but is the blower housing different and what else will I need to change?
the trans has 95,000 on it how much is it for level ten to rebuild or swap for it?
the motor barely used oil and I think most of it is from the valve guides I think it will be fine but how manny think I will need a rebuild first?
I know I will need long tubes and full 3 inch exhaust, I believe someone has a system now can someone fill in on who this is. My only concern with the exhaust is that I have the R's and it has a 1 inch raised port.
I have the fully updated PMS but I do not believe it will work on the L, so should I convert to mass air and use it or sell it and get the eec tuner. My only problem with that is I am going to need help with tuning it and though I am dealing with the Andersons who have helped me a lot I do not know how helpful they would be with the dyno with the eec tuner
