There's a guy here around that has JDM Performance stickers all over his Honda, and recently I've noticed that he has a crew of other ricers following him around. I've investigated more about this so called club and he has a shop and a fleet of other ricers that have the same stickers that he does. Now my question is if he can really do that. I mean use the same stickers that the real JDM uses? He has been using the stickers for about 8 months now and know that the real JDM has been around longer than that. Now what pissed me off is that i heard that these ricers have asked a guy with a mustang that had the JDM sticker on it, to remove it because he wasnt in their club. I dont know wether to tell this dude about the real JDM or to let him go on advertise JDM for free. What do you think? Hit me back with feedback.

I think the answer is it depends. If the JDM is a registered trademark, copywright, or corporate seal. If it is, then he can take them to court which has financial implecations -- otherwise he could ignore them and maybe they will go away.
