question about chip, filter and pulley

Hello,

I am wondering whether a JDM flip-chip, filter kit and 2 lb lower pulley would be a safe modification for my '01. I would like any input from anyone else who has these mods, doesn't matter if it's JDM or not. Also, is the installation of these parts something I can do in my garage? JDM's shop in NJ is just too far away for me to go there.

No problems yet...

I have 13,000 miles with JDM chip,CAI,90mm MAF.
I;m now getting the 2#lower and the Dial-A-Boost upper put on with some other stuff. Not sure of your mechanical skills for the pulley, but everything else is simple. Jim gives great directions and if you ever need help, JJSSVT and JDM are a phone call away.

Regarding my mechanical skills, I dunno either. Seems like removing ANYTHING off this engine would be a real pain in the a** to me. Which is why I'd LIKE to get the stuff installed, but I can't unless I drive to NJ.

I have the listed items on my '01 as well
JDM Chip, Cone Filter & I found a used ASP 2# lower.
All pretty simple to install if you follow the directions and have th proper tools :)

I got a Airaid, Dial-ur-Boost upper #280, #3 lower, SVP Single Blade TB and a JDM Flip Chip. All good here, she hauls a$$ and no problems.
