I *think* that an 8" lower and 3.15" upper from the Renegade combo nets ~12-14psi at 5500 engine rpm. And that is basically with a stock engine and typical exhaust mods. That is what I think I am hearing from the guys here.....haven't done it myself. I, too, am looking to get 14-16psi from an S-trim and Powerstroke intercooler. Also planning on big heads, a blower cam, and longtube headers, and I do not know how much boost I will lose with those. Ideally, I'd like to be between 14-16# with those mods and shift up at 5800rpm.
I'm gonna start with a 3.15 blower pulley and then go to a 2.95. We'll see how long it lives.
