TampaBlack, would you mind going into a little more detail on what grit paper and the dremel tool part #s you used? I already polished my t/b and am in the process of stripping the gray crap off of the blower intake. My motor will be layed up for at least three weeks so i figured this would be a good time to start this not so little project. Not sure if i want to tackle the actual blower or bring it in to a pro polishing shop but for the parts i am doing, your help would be appreciated. Thanks greg

I have stopped sanding the blower and upper plenum, because it seems I was doing the thing the hard way. If you go to this site

you will see three grades of greaseless compound you can easily finish the job with much faster than paper (thanks again Babolt for my sanity). They also sell a kit with the three tubes and the neccesary drill buffing pads to polish wheels with, it's like on 30 bucks. As for trying to get the coating off the blower, USE STRIPPER, it will save much time.If this works out, I am going to strip my 99L wheels and polish the efhh out of them.
