Pin on hood pics!

Yea wipers are not on now.But Im putting them back on incase I need them hehe.Ive been cought in the rain before and it sucked!!
Thanks guys.

Fit is real good and the finish is as good as cervinis. The only thing is the front lip and back need sanding to smooth out.But other than that its great.
The hood is light but dont know how Im going to like pulling the hood off myself still Awkward to do by self.

Cool, can't wait to see it painted

OH WHY DID YOU GO AND SAY THAT HE HAS PAINTED IT ALL BY HIMS SELF NOW YA GONNA HURT HIS FEELINGS.

HEY MARCUS THAT NEW PAINT JOB LOOKS GREAT MAN I CAN'T EVEN SEE THE ONE RUN YOU WERE TELLING ME ABOUT;) ;) ;) :w

Hey Dave hook me up.Tell your buddy I need to get a hood painted next weekend please.

Where Y'at Marcus, How long are your arms?;) I seen lots of guys pick up Mustang hoods by them selves, but unless your about 7 foot tall, I think your gonna need help taking that sucker off. A good friend did a little re-enforcing of his hood to use it as a tilt hood on the hindges w/o the springs. Just sumtin to think about before painting.
If you use foam blocks under the hood make sure you got a fire extingusher on board. A fireman friend almost burnt down his Orange 69 Mustang cause those foam blocks caugth on fire & started burning the glass hood. His car is Now Officially named Burnt Orange.

LOL Im short 5.9 I can do the hood myself but its not a easy.Im not putting foam or anything like that under the hood.
Im going to get a pair of suction cups like we use at work to put the windshields in with.Maybe they will work.

Thanks guys.Im using the stock rear latches but I welded them up so they wouldnt move.I guess you could not weld them so the hood could go up and down but I dont no how it would do without the springs on there.

I drilled two holes in the Radiator support for the front pins.I used 4 inch pins but had to order 5 inch pins to make it work.Ive got one pin about half an inch off compared to other side but I guess Ill have to live with it hehe.
