here is the tune file

e40d just rebuilt, has a punisher valve body

You're running a 347 in your Lightning?

Looking back at some of your other posts.
There are a few things that you may need to address in your settings.
Has been stated you have a 347 with 24lbs injectors. Your settings have 48lbs. That will effect your required fuel
In the trans side. The settings show 4.10 gears and 30" tall tires. Is this correct?
I wouldn't think too much about that if you had a Lightning.

In the Log you posted it appears your 2-3 and 3-4 shifts are fine.
You might be feeling the TCC lock up and unlock.
at 173sec 2-3 shift
at 174sec TCC lockup
at 193sec TCC unlock, brakes applied, still in 3rd
at 205sec TCC lockup
at 214sec TCC unlock then lock, then 3-4 shift- 62mph
at 295 2-3 shift, 297 TCC lockup - 39mph

I don't see skipping 3rd nor do I see 80mph in your log

If your gearing and tire size are not in the settings correctly, that will have an effect. The shift settings relay on that info and others.
The injector info among other info will effect overall running and adaptations that are made in the ecu

I’ve got a 93 lightning and a 92 f150 choose to modify the 92, the lightning group had recommended me the pimpx for the 347 in that one

I did an edit on other post.

So now need some clarification
Which truck is the log and tunes from?

The settings I have for the engine are good on my side it is set at 24lbs, I’m working on my 92 it has the stock lightning wheels 275/60 and the gearing should be stock which should be 4:10

On tuner studio it’ll appear that the truck is shifting good but in person the truck doesn’t not go into 3rd gear you should be able to see that at the beginning of the log, halfway trough it starts shifting normal

Let's just talk about the truck that is having issues.

What engine size? 347 right?
What injector size?
What rear gear? Not "should be", what rear gear?
What transmission?
How are the injectors wired?
Where is the wideband mounted?

Let's start there.

1992 Flareside 347 stroker, tfs1 cam, ported cobra gt40 top end, 24lbs injectors, stock ignition, stock efi system, e40d transmission with a punisher valve body

Stock harness on injectors
Wideband is an aem on my passenger side header right after the flange

I say should be because I have not touched the rear end from the truck when I bought it truck was fully stock so I’m sure it is the stock long 4:10 gears

Can you give a location on the log in seconds that the problem should happing?

You might have a hardware problem not a computer/tune problem.

Well, with all the trans issues I can't believe you're OK to assume the rear gear, if it isn't 4:10 then it'll cause a lot of the issues you are reporting.

Raymond so reading what you said I started doing some thinking, I checked my file cause my final drive ratio has always been set to 4.11 on tuner studio that’s why I said 4.10, I made a mistake on my end my gear ratio is 3.55 from factory,I will be taking the truck out for a drive tomorrow morning to see how it runs

That's interesting, still would like to see how it behaves with the proper gear ratio. What shape is your wiring it? Was it you that posted the crusty looking connector on Facebook?

Yes sir that was the safety neutral switch connector one of the wires was little frayed up, on my main harness every pin looks in tact, my coast clutch solenoid does seem to be a little frayed from bending but not crazy bad like that safety switch
