See if this works this time...

I just wondered if that tube was prebent, or you bent it yourself..
If you bent it yourself how did you do it. I've heated with a torch and bent thick tubing, but the bend was very consistent. I know I should have probably used a mandrel.

Also what have you done as far as a transmission, just a rebuilt E4OD?? I'm wondering what I will have to do as far as trannys for a prospected 800-950HP..

I went to a local race car shop and had them bend it. The loop only cost me about $15 and a little time and I think it look's better than the down's loop :)

I had Greg Evens build me a trans it has upgraded planets, heavy duty coast clutch, front pump, racing clutches with more added, shift kit and some other part's he said it should hold 750 ft#'s of torque with no problem

Hey Jerry,
You get that gas tank out of the way and you have plenty of room huh? Loop looks good, good insurance for where your going.BTW, how much boost pressure do you loose through that intercooler, I bet not much?

hehe I relocated the front tank to the corner of my garage :D

I haven't done any tests to see how much boost is lost thru the intercooler but I'd guess around 2# at 15# of boost but the cooler air more than makes up for it
