Getting a 100shot of nos (wet) put in wensday and taking it to a dyno....i also have exaust intake and a 5 pound pulley...any thoughts or suggestions on what to do .................kinda scared on making my motor take a crap or rods going......plus i have a diablo chip should i get that chip burned just for nitrous or shoul di get a flip chip..........how long would it take to dyno a car with a flip chip

Hey, I sure hope your chip is burned for that NOS shot....plus..A 5lb pulley, AND a 100 shot..that's a lotttt of boost... tell me how it goes.... Personally, I'd go with the flip chip..Nitrous on one side...and whatever you want on the other.. Change your plugs (Denso, NGK, whatever your fancy is..) Talk with guys like Sal, JDM, 1BadTrk (sorry if I spell it wrong?), Wyldman and a few other here who have run nitrous for a while. They can, and are VERY knowledgable(sp?) about these things, and can lend a helping hand.
For a flip chip...I say Dyno each side 3 times, and take the average.....make sure you spring extra for the A/F ratio reading...

100 shot and a 5# pulley is gonna send them rods out the side in no time. A 25 or maybe a 50 shot is all you should do safely. And make sure you have a nitrous program, and not from Diablo - go with Sal or JDM.
I just put a 2# pulley on mine and the most I am gonna run is a 50 shot, without the most it was is a 100 shot.

If you run that much boost and NOS together, you will have 2 huge holes in your block
better give manley a call before you do that. 400.00 for some new rods. Probably the best mod you will ever do. I would wait for their pistons to come out though before I put in the rods.

15# and a 125 shot? He ought to be running better than 11.70's. On 10# and a 100 shot I ran 11.90's and my buddy on 13# and 50 shot ran 11.40's. He should be running real low 11's if he is telling the truth.
He might get a couple of passes out of it. Even JDM got a few passes out of the 18+ lbs he was pushing through his motor before it went south. I'm not saying it can't be done, it just can't be done for more than a few times (like 2 or 3) before "KABOOM".
