A freind of mine called me yesterday and stated that his brother just bought a restraunt located across from Station Casino and would love for us to have our meetings and car cruises there. I am sure that he would cut us a deal on our food. He used to be a cook at the Cheese Cake Factory and he remembers some of their recipe's.. hint, hint;)

It may be worth checking out. Oh, he also said that there was a stretch of road behind the shop that we could test our new mods on. Whatcha think? Its called the 210 Cafe. Thanks-Neil

My wife would eat at the Cheesecake Factory every dang day if she could. Is he going to have the same kinda food? If the prices aren't too bad, that would be cool for the guys that live further north. When does the place open or is it open already?

Hey Jeff, It's good to see you on the board! Call me, Looks like I'm gonna put the headers,etc.. on at my house. Jim didn't ship them out in time. Take Care-Neil:tu:

not to bring things down, but there's a little town there that consists of about a dozen houses and hunt midwest mining-it's called randolph, they've got a cop there that has zero tolerance for speeders. i drive through there every day on my delivery route and that guy will nail ya for 21 in a 20. he mostly preys on all the gambling addicts who can't wait to get to the casino. on an up note i think the road behind the 210 is either kcmo or birmingham so i don't think it'll be a problem as long as you watch yourself on 210 between 435 and the resteraunt. it'd be great for me as i only live about 15 min. from there. just my .02.-chris

Good Call, The Randolph cops are pricks! Anyone want to meet me for lunch some Saturday to check out the restraunt? -Neil

Neil -

Got your voicemail. Delays in shipping happen when dealing with small businesses and specialty manufacturers. Too bad, I know you were excited about getting the units. I'm sure you can get it done in the garage; a lift would make it go easier and quicker.

Saturday is out for me; next two weekends are basketball tourneys.

I have ate at the 210 Grill a couple of times since I work just down the road and they have excellent food. The small stretch of road behind it is alright the only thing you have to watch out for is the rent-a-cops from the caves.

Jeff

Need4Speed- I guess I was a little too ancy about getting the exhaust. Whenever I got worked up, I always get let down in way or the orher. They probelly had a lot more people wanting them than anticipated. Take Care, I'll keep you updated on the progress.

Jeffs95- Thanks for the tip on the cafe' . I'll have to try it out sometime. :tu:

You hit the nail right on the head Chris. The <cough> law enforcement in Randolf are bottom feeders. I still think they were a large part in Sams Town going belly up...noone wanted to go down the little street at 20 mph (and get nailed for 21 like you said).

Soo, when are we going?

I ate at the Cafe' for dinner tonight and it was very good. They have great service and the atmosphere is alot more quiet than Hooters. I think we should give it a whirl some time . Later-Neil

The bad thing is that they do not serve alcohol . They do not have a seperate room but they do have plenty of tables that we can all be seated together and best of all, They WILL hook us up with extra's. I think that it is worth a try.
