.....at least for the opening round of FFW in Orlando. I'll be flying in to pilot Flats Man's 4.6L mo-chine complete with Nitto 17" drag radials. Gonna be interesting to see what effect the Sportsman Tree has on the Top Truck class. :tu:

...........and we thank you for your support. :rolleyes: Delta round trip ticket leaving on Friday morning and returning on Monday evening is approximately $272. You can't drive round trip for that. It's still not too late. You could either work in the pit crew or sit in the stands with the rest of my fans. :Y

Doug, Keep checking with the airlines. I don't mind making two trips to the airport on Friday or you could fly into Orlando and we can pick you up there. We could drop you off in Orlando Sunday after noon too.
 
Ok - Its done... Only trouble is Hertz says there are no cars avail for rent in FLA ... I guess my plan to rent a racer is not gonna happen...

Good Morning Doug, Welcome to, now, Sunny Florida. It has rained for the last two days but it is cool and sunny now with the temp at 52 degrees. Highs should be in the low 70's with nights in the 50's. Humidity is down so it looks like good racing weather!
Glad you will be coming!

13's would be pretty cool... With a pro and all coming in to beat the last record he set with it...

Hey Tobbun, It is supposed to be real cool this weekend so maybe Six can get it done! I have 30 more RWHP than last time plus Nitto Drag Radials so we will see. You did real good at Ennis, especially for the first time! I plan on making you keeper and driver of the L and Me and Trayson will cheer you on! Wish you could come out for the fun!
 
It is 5:20 AM right now and the cold front is arriving right now! The current temp is 62 and falling with lots of wind from the north.
Going to the strip tomorrow night with a high of 57 and a low of 45 expected.
Doug, I won't even have to put your Coors in the fridge!

PS the forcast has improved for Sat and Sun, but I am still a little concerned about how scantilly clad the hotdog vendors will be on Fri .....

Just looking out for the Urban Legend, and his entertainment needs.
