LS1 kill story!

Well....it wasn't exactly a kill, but it was a hell of a race. Me and L8 were heading east bound on I-20 just past Collins. We pull up next to a modified 00-01 Camaro w/Ram Air, exhaust, and maybe a Power Programmer. I get beside him, and give it some gas just to see if he wanted some cheese with that whine! He follows me out of the pack of cars to an open strip of 20 just up ahead. 60 punch we are just about door to door the whole way. When we hit 130 we both back off. Then again he slows down to get into his power band...again he can't mess with the Lightning! From the whole experience I just hope the LS1 went away with one thought....."Man, that truck is bad ass!".

Can I get any credit for embarassing a tailgating SOB in an S2000 ??

Seems I get the chance to open it up on the same section of Frankford that has some waves in the pavement. I really enjoy embarrasing a lesser opponnent while the back tires are spinning like mad over the waves
