Lime Rock or Watkins Glen?

Does/ has anyone been or are going to any of these tracks? I'd be interested in meeting up with someone this summer to take a course or just run some hot laps A friend of mine in college went down to Watkins Glen with his GTP and toasted his brakes. He said he still had a blast. I'm just not sure as to how someone goes about getting into one of these for fun? Thanks

Watkins Glen is hard. Unlwss you're taking it easy, you will be cooking your stock breaks.

I havn't driven it in my truck, but I've been up there with a friend who as a race-prep'd RX-7.

The scarey thing about alot of these east coast tracks, is if you go off track, there at trees!

I'd like to get my truck to Lime Rock one of these days, thats a nice run.
