Kudos and praise for LFP. I'll start.....

Mark is the best! Period! He always gets things out as quickly as he can and provides a tracking # so I can keep up with it. Yesterday I ordered a part from him that I needed quickly. He didn't wait a couple of days before sending it out like I've had happen with other places. It was out before close of business. It's rough when you pay for over night or 2nd day and the person on the other end doesn't send things off in time for you to get them when you need it. You're out the money for special shipping rates and you don't get your stuff on time anyway. I've never had this problem with Mark. The guy understands what good service will do for a business. I'm not talking about lip service either. He continues to take care of his customers even when there is no one around to see what he's doing. It's how you behave when no one else is around that shows your true character. Mark is GOLDEN. If I have a choice between equal products, LFP gets the nod every time.

Its praise like this that gets the attention of potential buyers. I am ready to buy a set of Ranchos for my Gen1 and I was directed to you, at LFP, for your great price and customer service. I will be getting with you in the next day or so to complete the order.
Word of mouth by satisfied customers is the best advertisment you can have... Keep up the good work. :D

Thanks to all for all your support. However, as many of you know Rancho isn't the greatest. That's one of the most difficult parts for me to keep in stock. They make the hardware kits for me when they want to not when I need them. Please be patient I always come through. Speak to you all soon.
 
I have to agree. Mark is the $hit!!!!!! Always right on top of orders, always willing to explain anything about a product, installation, shipping, his stock, ect. I will definately spend some more dough with him every chance I get.

Also.....this might not seem big to some but.......HE ALWAYS CHECKS HIS FORUM.....and responds too. :rolleyes:

Mark has the best customer service out of anyone I have done business within the Lightning community hands down. He always gets my parts out fast. Thanks Mark!

I have to agree, Mark's customer service is top notch. He got me my 2" shackles in a big hurry so I could install over thanksgiving weekemd:D . Everything I have bought from him has been packaged perfectly and delivered in a timely fashion.....JR
