I'm still stock. Eventually, I think the stock L will become more and more rare. So following that logic, my L should be worth more than the heavily modded sub-11 second L and a couple of years.

Oh boy, that was a stretch.

I get lots of guff from other guys about not modding my L but that's ok. I'm happy with her just the way she is... until I win the lottery.

If I can find another computer and some one to program it to my truck all bets are off.

I am still stock too. I don't have any intention of modding it either. I don't plan to do any racing. I love the truck, the way it excellerates, the way it handles and the way it looks. It is fast enough for me just the way it is.

Still stock also. Truck is plenty fast. Besides, once you start the mod cycle, it never ends. Gotta go faster & faster.......

Still stock here also. Except the Bassani cat-back. Until May. I have a collection of parts sitting in the closet waiting for FFW in Houston. I want to get the chip tuned for my truck when I put all parts on. Closet= open element filter, oil breather, FT accumilator, 4lb. lower pulley, 170 stat., and more on the way as we speak. Hurry up May. I agree that these trucks are fast stock,BUT they could always use a little help. Dageon

i want to mod.... but yet i dont want to have to fix anything that breaks... torn between... going faster... and getting more interior mods..

I consider mine to be basically stock. The main bolt-on was a cat-back system. I wanted more 'bark' than the stock muffler, plus I got it slightly used (read: Discounted).
Otherwise, just the line-valve mod and an open element K&N. The trans shifts much better now and the air-filter was just sitting up in the attic from a former Syclone adventure, so why not?

Yes, I do drool over things like chips,pulleys,,,, and those sweet long tube headers, but as stated above, once ya start you can't seem to stop. I found that out on my Sy, or should I say, STILL finding that out.

Would you consider a Magnaflow and K&N panel filter non-stock? That's all I have as far as performance mods. Did receive a set of Eibach front springs yesterday from Mark/LFP. Can't wait to install them.

...how long have you had your "stock" L, smokeshow? Mine is only a couple of months old, but I have already put 8K miles on it, and last Friday night I ran a 13.27@104 m.p.h. The only mod I had was the "boost bypass kit". Without the B.B.K., I ran a 13.36@101.6 m.p.h.
...I want to mod my L, but I'm not sure if I am going to. ****, a low 13 sec, brick of a truck! Why change it? :tu:

Other then whats in my sig I am still stock. Enjoying her very much except that snow that came today Got stuck just trying to back out of my parking spot..and she did a lot of tire spinning.
