Jim,Justin Chip Problem!

I decided to go ahead and install the chip, 90mm MAF and cold air kit. I ordered from you guys. Pretty simple instructions and it didn't take very long. Of course, after I was done, the truck wouldn't start either. I pulled the chip off and made sure all the contacts were good and clean (and they were) and tried it again. Same result.

What now? Am I missing something? I'm not a novice at these things, but this has be stumped.

Also, when will the 2# pulleys be shipping?

Believe it or not....

I'm not trying to doubt your ability, but beleive me it is trying to get all the goo of the contacts. Try again and make sure you get in between the contacts also and use a small screw driver to scrape the top of the contacts making sure to not to go too far and scrape the metal off. Then turn the key a couple of times over with out starting the truck(to help re-set the comp.)
After the 3rd turn srat the truck.(these are the steps I did when I had the exact problem with mine starting.) Good Luck.

Problem solved. Thanks guys.

Now for another question, what do I need to do if I am getting a little detonation on the street setting (let alone the aggressive progam on side 2?

I would recommend....

I would recommend that you call Jim direct!
At what RPM are you hearing detonation? Stay away from that till you hear from Jim. More than likely with the cold air and the engine getting more O2 might be the problem, but still detonation is seriuos so call them. 1-732-780-0770 just in case you don't have it.:)
