I set the correct timezone offset in my profile but it is still off by 5 hours

I set mine to GMT -1 hour and it's synch'd. The server's time must be hosed.

In the Vbulletin Control Panel, under the Options section, they need to set the servers time zone, which they obviously haven't.

Once the server time zone is set in the control panel, the user selections for time zones start working properly.
