In Need Of Traction

351WFO

Slightly deranged
I KNOW THIS IS A OLD TOPIC, BUT I STILL DEBATING ON CAL-TRACS OR TORQUE ARMS. WHICH SEEMS TO WORK BEST AND NOT BREAK. ALSO I HAVE SOME 15X10 RIMS AND WAS PONDERING WHAT SIZE SLICKS OR DRAG RADIALS TO USE. COSIDERING 275/60R15 DRAG RADIALS THIS SHOULD BE AROUND 27" TALL FOR A LITTLE MORE LOW END. THANKS

From my experience, I ran the 325/50/15 BFG DragRadials and I loved them. My current best ET is on these tires. They are 28" tall and about 13" wide. They hook pretty darn good for a radial. If your looking to go low 13s, this is the way to go. Im pressing into the 12s and they are a little short. I went with a Hoosier 29/14.50/15 this time. Talk about traction!! :D
I also went with the JDM modified Torque Arms. They are more solidly built than the Ranchos and still retain the bushings for a quiet ride.

WHERE CAN I FIND THE JDM ARMS. I HAVE NOT HEARD OF THEM.(BEEN OUT OF THE GAME FOR A WHILE) THANKS

Right here in our very own vendors section. JDM engineering. Jim is a very nice guy and will get you your parts in quick order. I ordered mine this morning and they were shipped today! Give him a shout. :D
