As some of you know, I am putting a 93 L drivetrain in a 1950 Ford street rod truck. I bought the drivetrain 2 years ago and am finally getting to the point where the truck will move under its own power.

We cranked it today, after finding out that 2 years of sitting around had caused 6 of the 8 injectors to die, and it was awesome. I have the exhaust cut off right behind the oxygen sensor so needless to say it was a bit loud.

Next week, brake lines will go on and I will get to drive it around the building. Should be fun with just a cab and chassis.

Now, where's that nitrous system.....

Later,
Doug

Howdy Doug!

Good to hear your progress. I bet that when you're done it'll be bad@ss. I still want to come by sometime to check it out, but school and work is a *****. I have a question to ask, are you located between hwy 6 bypass and Texas on 21 and if so are you besides a old concrete plant????? I ask because I was going to my grandparents (they live just the other side of Texas on 21) and someone waves at me like they knew me, thought it could have been you. Later and good luck.
