Header Question

I AM PLANNING ON BUYING,SOMETIME IN THE NEAR FUTURE, BASSANI HEADERS FOR MY L. I WAS WONDERING IF THE STOCK HEADERS WOULD FIT ON MY BRONCO. IT IS A 1992 FULL SIZE MODEL, WITH THE 351 WINDSOR ENGINE IN IT. IF THEY WERE TO FIT, WOULD THEY ADD MORE POWER OVER MY STOCK MANIFOLDS, OR WOULD I BE WASTING MY TIME DOING THIS. I AM THINKING IT WILL WORK, BUT I WOULD JUST LIKE TO KNOW WHAT YALL THOUGHT.

Yes,.........Your factory headers off your L will bolt on to the bronco's 351 and should match up to the stk exhaust perfectly!

The headers I have on my L are "Mac" brand and are designed for a bronco or F-150!

They should definitely help, I'd think, because those stock manifolds are very restrictive.

Actually, they won't work. The GT40 heads use a different Thermactor setup compared to the stock heads and without the bungs for the emissions stuff, you can't use the headers - unless you remove the thermactor portion of the emissions equipment.
