Gt-40 is a GO for production

Ford announced today they WILL be placing the GT-40 concept car into production...whelp, looks like the house and children are for sale...

T.J. You may want to go ahead and get a Cobra for now; the Gt-40's are a ways out, and it looks as if they will be in EXTREMELY SHORT SUPPLY (i.e. they'll make T-Bird availability look like a market glut). I'm sure you have a good idea what that'll do to the price.

I just remembered, back in the early 90's, there was a concept car called the mach III, which had many styling cues from the 94 Mustang. Ford announced they would build that...it died a very quiet death...I hope they don't drop the ball on this one. If it comes out as it looks, it will be a true animal.
