I'd use it if you won't be changing plugs for the next 25-30K miles. Especially if you have aluminum heads. The different metals(steel plug/alum head) tend to seize with the right conditions. Back when I was an auto tech, I saw this one car that came in for its first tune up in 90K miles, well needless to say, the threads decided to come out with a couple of the plugs. Just my .02 cents.
The downside to that is...from what I was told anyway, is that it's possible that the metal content of the antiseize can also cause pre-detonation if the conditions are right.(ie spark, air/fuel, and cylinder compression)
