Just a heads-up for some cheap prices I came across for helmets ($69.00) and Mechanix gloves ($19.99). I've never dealt with these folks firsthand but they come well recommended on the Evolution (auto-x) mailing list. I will be placing an online order with them shortly for some stuff myself. Whether or not you do, that's upto you...<Standard disclaimers apply>. I'm just passing on some cheap prices if you're interested. It matters not to me if you buy or print this out and wipe your <cough> countertop with it

Regarding the helmets, at the speeds we run we don't need much; especially for auto-x. In many cases we just need something that has Snell approval to satisfy the tech requirement (these are M2000), and this is a cheap way to get there for the occasional racer, hardcore opentrack junkies need not apply....oh, and please spare me the $69.00 helmet for a $69.00 head slogan... (see standard disclaimer above).

P.S. Almost forgot...for March reduce those prices by 5% for any order over $75.00. That leaves even more money for mods!
