I just ordered sway bars that fit a "97-01 2WD F-150" (assuming that they fit a Lightning since Hotchkis sway bar sets are the same way). They are made by the same company that makes Bell Tech sway bars. 
The bars are solid, 35mm front, 25mm rear and include urethane bushings.
Anyway, I ordered them from a friend who works at his mom and dad's mail-order parts shop. He has access to 12 other sets.
Call 800-729-1831 and ask for Sam Jr. or e-mail him at strano@stranoparts.com.
Edit: Sam's not sure about the fitment of the rear swaybar, so hold off calling if you're interested in a set. Or you could just order the front bar only for around $200. I'll post more when I get an update.
